SERCO plays an integral role in addressing the nation’s workforce development needs with a market-driven workforce development system approach that responds to the needs of employers and workers. We prepare the region’s workforce for demand occupations, help job seekers become self sufficient, and encourage and assist youth in pursuing higher education.
SERCO leadership focuses on forming and maintaining collaborative partnerships with regional stakeholders in efforts to increase the availability of community resources for our workforce center customers, meet the needs of employers, and leverage limited federal dollars. |
